Can L2 Visa Holder Process for Green Card?
Hi, I am on L2 Visa currently staying in California.
I am from India.
My husband has Blanket L1 Visa. I have my SSN and EAD and working for a company. My company would like to apply for my Green Card.
i) Is it Possible for L2 person to apply for GreenCard
ii) If my husband has to go back once I apply my GC will I be able to continue to stay in US
iii) During and once my GC is processes, will my husband be able to work in US and can he change employer. What will be his immigration status.
iv) What is the process for applying GC for L2?
